After Care

Laser

• Avoid the use of makeup, exfoliating, scrubbing & working out following your laser treatment for at least 24 hours

• Avoid direct sunlight for at least 2 days following the treatment & always use sunscreen to avoid pigmentation and discolouration ( spf 30+ is the recommended number and should be applied every 2 hours if under direct sunlight)

• Highly recommend “The Ultracalming Mist” or “The Ultracalming Serum” to combat any heat reaction or hives that can develop following the treatment (can last anywhere from 1-4 days following the treatment and depends on how well aftercare is done). Benadryl & Reactin may help subside the irritation after sometime

• Blonde hairs can be shaved or waxed or left to shed (shaving or waxing it won’t effect the new hairs to grow back thicker or faster as you would only be removing the dead hairs at this point)

• Avoid the use of retinol for 1 week following the treatment (as well as before the treatment)
